How we work
Brief, design, build, compliance pass, launch — in that order and in about two weeks for the core build. Because design, regulatory review and manufacturing sit under one roof, nothing gets lost in hand-offs between agencies who never talk to each other.

How long does a supplement website take to build?
The core Formula Works build goes live in around two weeks from an agreed brief. Larger builds — bigger ranges, apps, custom integrations — are scoped individually.
How much does a supplement website cost?
Our core website is a fixed £10,000 including full Shopify e-commerce. Manufacture with us after your build and £2,500 comes back as factory credit — effectively £7,500 if you build your brand here.
I don't have a logo or brand identity yet — is that a problem?
No. Our design add-on (from £600) creates your logo and core visuals, so a missing asset never delays your launch.
Do you only work with supplement brands?
Supplements and closely adjacent wellness products are all we do — that specialisation is the entire point. The same group has also built wellness technology like Genesyx, a fertility companion app, where supplement knowledge and software meet.
Can you redesign my existing supplement website?
Yes. We audit what you have, keep what works, migrate your content and products, and preserve your existing search equity with proper redirects — a redesign should never cost you the rankings you already own.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your product range (even if still in development), your brand assets if you have them, and a 45-minute call to agree the brief. The two-week clock starts once the brief is agreed — and if you have no branding yet, the design add-on fills that gap without delaying anything.
Do my products need to be finished before the website build starts?
No — and this is where being inside a manufacturer pays off. Formulation, manufacturing and the website build can run in parallel under one roof, so your site is ready when your first production run is.
Who owns the website once it is built?
You do — the Shopify store, the domain, the content, all of it. The £59/month Care Plan is optional and cancellable; nothing about the build locks you in.
Do you write the website copy?
Yes. Conversion copy is part of the build, and every claim in it goes through our regulatory team before launch — so the words sell hard and stay legal.
Is SEO included in the build?
Solid foundations always are: semantic structure, fast pages, titles, descriptions and structured data. The AI-Visibility add-on (£2,500) goes further — entity schema, answer-engineered content and explicit AI-crawler access, the same engineering this website runs on.
What could delay a two-week build?
In practice, two things: waiting on brand assets or product information, and claims that need rewording to stay compliant. We flag both in the first days, not the last — and the design add-on and in-house regulatory team exist precisely to keep those from stalling a launch.
