Can you migrate my existing supplement store to Shopify?
Yes — products, customers and content. Migrations are scoped individually so nothing is lost in the move.
Do I own the Shopify store?
Completely. The store is built in your own Shopify account. The optional Care Plan (£59/month) keeps it hosted, secure and improving, but there is no lock-in.
Why Shopify rather than WooCommerce, Wix or Squarespace?
For a product bought monthly, the subscription and checkout ecosystem matters more than anything else, and Shopify's is the most proven. Buyers recognise the checkout, payment options are broad, and the platform scales from one SKU to a full range without replatforming. Site builders are fine for brochures; supplements are a repeat-purchase business.
Can you set up subscriptions on my store?
Yes — subscriptions are core to supplement economics and we build them in from the start: subscribe-and-save pricing, portal management for customers, and product pages designed to sell the subscription, not just the one-off.
Can I sell internationally from one store?
Yes. Multi-currency, market-specific pricing and shipping rules can all run from a single storefront — LitPet sells across Hong Kong, the UK, Europe and Asia from one Shopify store.
What Shopify plan do I need, and what does Shopify itself cost?
Shopify's own subscription is separate from our build price and most brands start perfectly well on a standard plan. We advise on the right tier for your volume and features during scoping, so you never pay for plan features you don't use.
Can you improve my existing Shopify store instead of rebuilding it?
Yes. We audit design, conversion, speed and claims compliance, then fix what needs fixing — sometimes that is a focused improvement sprint, sometimes it genuinely is a rebuild, and we will tell you honestly which.
Do you use templates or build custom?
The design is custom to your brand — built on Shopify's platform for reliability, but never an off-the-shelf theme with your logo dropped in. Your site should not look like the last supplement site a template shipped.
Will I be able to edit the site myself after launch?
Yes — products, prices, content and imagery are all manageable through the standard Shopify admin. The Care Plan exists for the changes you would rather hand off, not because you are dependent on us.
Do you load the store with apps?
No — we build lean. Every app adds cost and weight to page speed, so we install only what earns its place. Fast pages convert better and rank better.
