What we collect, and why
When you use our contact form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, company or brand name, what you're interested in, and your message. We use this information for one purpose — to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where it lives
Enquiries are stored securely in our database, hosted in the United Kingdom (London) by Supabase, and delivered to us by email via Resend. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp instead, your message is handled by WhatsApp underWhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use tracking scripts. The only cookies used are essential authentication cookies for our own staff area, which are never set for visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows from it. If you'd like your details removed sooner, just ask.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to our processing of it.
